I have worked as a Project Manager living in St. Petersburg and Moscow in The Russian Federation from 1993 to 2002, worked on projects in London and finally in Baku, Azerbaijan.This has been in the construction industry in property development, residential and A class office fit-outs, hotels, bars and restaurants, also retail and commercial mixed use. I specialize in the Rapid Assessment and Recovery of Troubled Complex Projects.
