Let me quickly present my situation to you: we are a couple (33 years old and 28 years old) with a two-year-old child, and a second who is on the way who will arrive at the end of March 2009. We live in Paris, I myself am a native Parisian and totally stuck :-), but lately, we have felt a growing need to move and very recently, we wanted to go and live in Brussels. We would consider moving there next summer.
