We are French retirees, we are going to buy an apartment in Kalamata in September 2024. Initially, we will be there for a few months a year then we plan to stay there year-round within 2 to 3 years. For more than 10 years we traveled the Peloponnese looking for the place we would like and finally in 2022 we found: Kalamata
We are going to open guest rooms for 2 to 4 people.

Kalamata is a medium-sized but dynamic city. The old town is just our size, a large market is organized there every Tuesday and Saturday.
