About
I’m a certified psychological consultant and ACT practitioner, offering online counselling for expats navigating cultural transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth.
With a background in mental health and a personal journey that spans four countries, I bring empathy, evidence-based tools, and real-world understanding to my practice.
I support adults in the following areas:
- Stress, anxiety, and cultural adjustment
- Relationship and identity challenges
- Emotional well-being and decision-making
..and more.
My sessions are a space where you can be honest, feel seen, and move toward the life you want — one step at a time.
