I am looking for a safe place to retire in Panama. I have seen boquete as a safe place, but have heard of unrest in Panama in general鈥� such as, home invasions, drug cartel activity, etc.
i ish to be close to a beachfront (walking or short drive) to beach snorkeling
if this isn鈥檛 an option, please advise where to buy, what security measures are required, etc.
I am wishing to buy this summer. Lots or existing properties.
budget is $250,000 US dollars.
