My name is 颁茅肠颈濒别, I am French and I have always lived in France.

I lived near Paris until I was 35, before a major life accident led me to profoundly rethink my way of living, working and inhabiting the world.

Since 2022, I voluntarily reduced my independent activity in order to devote myself mainly to the realization of this ecological living project: designing, building and living in a place in close connection with nature, sobriety and living things.

Aware of the societal and environmental issues that have been confronting humanity for several decades, I made the choice to be part of those who experiment with other ways of living, more respectful, simpler and more grounded.

The need to put one's hands in the earth, to build, to create with it has become obvious.

This place was thought of and developed almost alone, with care, patience and consistency : handmade bioclimatic house, natural materials, forest garden under construction, attention to water, landscape and biodiversity.

Today, this sale is part ofa new life transition.

My wish is now to leave France and join my family based in Canada. I therefore wish to pass on this place to people capable of understanding its spirit, approach and potential, and to continue the story with respect.

I favor simple, honest and respectful exchanges, with people really interested in a life project, and not in standard real estate.
