Dr. Talal Taqi is the founder of Al-Dostour Law Firm. He holds a PhD in Law from the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University (2019), with a doctoral dissertation on the civil liability of electronic-signature authentication entities. He is a registered member of the Kuwait Bar Association and holds arbitration registrations with the Kuwaiti Lawyers Association Arbitration Centre (highest classification, Reg. No. D-1264) and the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, and serves as a board member of the Houna Initiative. His practice focuses on corporate litigation, maritime law, arbitration, and AI law.
