About
Hello everyone! The reason why I decided to join this page is the following: I won a trip to Australia, and although I am happy, I am worried to have found out that it is only for one person, something I did not know. Unfortunately, I do not have any friends or family who have the financial resources to pay for the tickets and the stay in the hotels where I am going to stay, therefore if I want to travel I will have to do it alone. The situation is not very comfortable for me because I honestly hate traveling alone, and also because my command of the English language is very basic. That actually has me quite worried, but on the other hand this is an opportunity that I cannot miss, something that happens once and I don't know if it will happen to me again, since if it weren't for this contest I don't have the means to go on my own either. So I decided to take the risk and travel alone. I don't know the date of the trip yet, I have to make arrangements with the company that sponsors the contest. What I know is that I am going to go 3 days to Sydney and 3 days to Cairns, therefore I would like to contact Argentinians who are living in these cities, and who are cool and have no problem showing me these cities once I am there, so they can guide me a little, give me information about these places, how to travel and so on, to avoid getting lost, haha, and also this way I avoid the trip being boring and monotonous due to having to travel alone and not knowing anyone in Australia. You can contact me here, by email (paulabarbarich@hotmail.com) or by adding me as a friend on Facebook (Paula Barbarich). If you give me a hand, I would appreciate it, because the truth is that at this moment I have a strange feeling, I feel happiness but at the same time a little uncertainty, because I have never traveled alone before, much less to a country where another language is spoken, and it worries me. I hope you can help me. Thank you! Greetings! =)
