I re-loacted from the UK to dubai last january. Although I used to live in the region a while ago but now I found Dubai is a different place - people are very busy with work and they don't talk to each other anymore, I would love to meet other to talk, go out and hang out.

you should look for at least DHS 8000. Not easy to survive with DHS 4000 any more. Good luck Read More
