Hello everyone, I'm new to the site, so I'll start by greeting you all! Like many, I was seduced by the magnificent country that is Thailand (only 2 visits to date) and I would like to set up a project in 2013 to settle there. I am 28 years old and I am currently a sales representative in a distribution company. My project will be to be able to take over a hotel or a guest house with my best friend. I have already accumulated as much information as possible on the legislative aspect and I now wish to get down to business by coming to live there for a year and refine my vision of the project and the country.
