Hello to all of you on this @site, I left the metropolis in 1992 with my family to take up my post in Tahiti where we spent 5 years. In 2006 I was sent to Anjouan where internal diplomatic maneuvers led to my expulsion. I thus arrived in Guyana in March 2007 where I was active (MinInt) until July 2012. I remained there, retired, despite the climatic conditions, the mosquitoes and ash butterflies... and the amount of taxes and levies (of which here, at least, we understand the use made of them)
