I lived in Panama between 1975 and 1988, and again since 2002. I live mostly in the city for personal reasons, but whenever I can, I escape to my country house not far from Panama city, where I try to plant a little bit of everything I want, without much good results at the moment. I like to take long walks on the beach and in the countryside. I really enjoy the hammock and reading. I really like sharing a good, casual country meal in the company of good people with simple and sincere tastes. I hate anything that even remotely resembles superciality and snobbery. I am attached to the true values ​​of honesty, sincere friendship and respect for the freedom of others. I am particularly sensitive to the psychological suffering of people and my dream would be that no one ever suffers from loneliness or rejection from society because they are different for one reason or another.
