I am looking to settle with my partner in "Costa Rica"; due to the development and/or future that we see (from research we have done and comments from acquaintances) We are also looking to settle in "Germany" (on the way to Nigeria, for work, I visited Frankfurt); "Norway" or "Netherlands". I am a specialist in Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, ESD, etc.) and an Instrumentation Technician.
