About
I am living in Guyana for one year, I have rented an apartment in the heart of Georgetown, and I plan to (in my spare time) experiment with creating as many canadian and world dishes as possible with the local produce The reason I made the decision to live here for the year of 2013 is because I am working on editing my first novel ( I am a" hopeful to be published" writer) and doing research on my second "novel" idea.
I was living in the Alberta Foothills for the last 10 years and just recently moved to Vancouver (the most beautiful place on earth!). I have lived in Toronto, Banff, and a few other places in Canada...I have itchy feet and love to "take off" when I get the urge.
Interests: people, world cuisines, photography, travel and writing about it
