The people, the places are fantastic, it is a place that when you go out for a walk you will never visit the same place because there is always a different place to visit. I recommend the San Telmo neighborhood, there are many antique stores (for those who like to buy antiques), I also recommend Paseo Lavalle, it is a street (Lavalle) with many shopping, restaurants, etc.

Artigas, Uruguay
It is the place where I was born and raised. The city where I live, Artigas, is in the north of Uruguay on the border with Brazil. If you want to go to Brazil, just cross the International Bridge of Concord and you're done.
It is a very quiet city, in February we have the Carnival, similar to that of Brazil but in a much smaller proportion.
Sometimes you meet very cold people, not very friendly...
