Retired fireman from Dallas TX. Moved to FL in 2006 and work for West Coast Inland Navigation District(we do work on the intercoastal waterway for the Army Corp. Engineers). My wife and I are tired of this screwed up government and want to go where we can chill out and maybe own and run a little bungalow rentals with cafe and bar, and fishing charter. Need help to decide what country is best for us (Belize, Panama, Costa Rica, etc.)
