It seems that good compounds even for a 1 bed is very expensive around 150k SAR a year. Good 4-5 star hotel apartments are about the same. And then you get villas, condos and apartments outside compounds for like 30-50k SAR. Am I missing ... Read More

there seem to be some hotels with a complete kitchen (fridge, oven etc.) pretty far away. Looking for a 4-5 star hotel at about 10k SAR a month was probably being unrealistic, just assumed being riyadh it may be possible. If anyone has any ... Read More
