We are breeders and cheese makers in France, we have 5 children and have been self-employed for 12 years. We had taken steps before coming to Sarthe to go to Quebec and then we found this opportunity. We're still thinking about it but with 5 children it's difficult to go on an adventure to the other side of the world. We would like Switzerland because I think the operating system is similar (we are enterprising and courageous, never vacation or weekend!)
