Some tips on renting apartments in Singapore
1. For renting of private apartments or landed properties, you do not need to pay agent fees as the agent fees come from the landlords.
2. For renting of HDB apartments, you will need to pay for agent fees as both landlord & tenant pay the agent fees respectively to their own agents.
