I am a retired consultant who worked for most of my career in the nonprofit sector. I olan to move to Ecuador within the next year and I am trying to decide whether the higher altitude of Cuenca would be ok with my history of heart disease or should I look for a location at a lower elevation. I am open to suggestions.
