I have worked at BRAC Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Sudan, Liberia and Sierra Leone more than seventeen years. I have experience in Development Program for poverty eradication through Microfinance, Micro Enterprise Lending & Assistance (MELA), Small holder Livestock Development & Credit Support Program (SLDP), Agriculture & Livestock Development and Credit Support Program (ALDCSP), Employment and Income Generating Program (EIG); Community Development and Mobilization, Adult Education, Training, Monitoring and Evaluation, Grants and Budget preparation & management, National Solidarity Program (NSP), Agribusiness Development Project, MIS and Consultancy. I have visited Ghana, Guinea, UK, UAE, Turkey, Pakistan and Qatar for Business purpose and Sudan & Nigeria for Consultancy purpose with The Central Bank of Sudan and Nigeria. Currently, I am working at BRAC Bangladesh as a Unit Manager, Automation and Portfolio Analysis. In this role, I am working with Microfinance and SEP to implement analyses and sustain the best practices emerging from the projects.
