Hello everyone. After having read the discussions on this forum for more than 2 years without directly intervening, especially on the subject of settling as an expatriate who wants to invest in Namibia, I have the impression that this country does not open easily to foreign investors creating jobs for locals. I keep reading on this forum about the many administrative difficulties to overcome and I have the clear impression of a huge headache. Damage! My wish is to come and live there with my husband and invest there for two decades or three... But the administration of this country gives me the impression that it is pushing away more honest foreign investors instead of helping them with more facilities for their installation and investment. Today, I am seriously studying other options for my expatriation to a country in the southern hemisphere by 2017 at the latest. Really a shame! Foreign investors that we are could also participate in the economic and industrial development of this country which is Namibia.
