I am an American new to Noumea, but have been visiting here since I was a child. I just opened my office here as a Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture primarily) and am just so happy to be out of Los Angeles! Noumea is the complete opposite and I couldn't be more excited to be here! I have always been a big traveler and have lived abroad in the Netherlands, France, and now here!
