I`m Aussie and my wife`s American. She actual holds dual nationality with Australia. We live in Lake Havasu City in Arizona which we see as the best place in the USA to retire. However 120 degree heat in summer and the current state of high medical costs in the USA sees us looking at the possibility of living in Ecuador along the coast.
