My name is Cathy, my husband and I are artisan bakers and pastry chefs in Marcy l'etoile near Lyon in France and we are planning to move to Bali to offer guest rooms. We have already been contacted by several builders who tell us that life in Bali is sweet and pleasant, which we have no doubt, and that a bed and breakfast project is viable and even prosperous, but leaving your country, even if it is currently not the best, is a difficult decision to make.
