About
Saying that you know the Dominican Republic when you only know Punta Cana is like saying that you know France by only having been to Disneyland!
Punta Cana only represents a 40km strip of hotels lined up next to each other in a country which nevertheless has more than 1500 km of coastline including more than 600 km of dream beaches!
The Samana Peninsula is (like 9/10th of the country) still protected by mass tourism.
It is a wild, authentic region with a multitude of activities, possible excursions and numerous hotels on a human scale and perfectly affordable which seek to develop sustainable, respectable and ecological tourism.
For my part, I discovered this region in 2002, and after a world tour in 2011-2012 this is the place I chose to settle down for a few months, it is a paradise.
You can contact me because I know the region well and I am always ready to help or advise travelers.
