I am a teacher in California and my wife and I are starting our move to Ecuador this August. We have visited and are interested in eventually settling in Cuenca and the Sigsig. We wish to know what has to be done and in what order. we have heard many conflicting bits of information. We are bringing my mother-in-law who is originally from England.
