I want to retire in a few months in Cape Verde in the city of Mindelo island of
Sao Vicente, could someone help me to find out how I should pay my retirement taxes in Cape Verde and if there is an agreement with Spain to avoid double taxation and if I could know what percentage of taxes are paid in Cape Verde for a foreigner's retirement pension.
