About
I am a Ghanaian-American woman of Ga, Hausa and Fante origin. I am conversant in Hausa and Nfantse, though unfortunately not in Ga. I I live in the NorthEast part of the U.S. and would like to get to know Ghanaians living in Austria, preferably women as I think that can minimize misunderstandings about my intentions for wanting to connect. However, I am open to communicating with respectful/respectable, cosmopolitan Ghanaians who can shed some light on what it's like being a Ghanaian and a Black person in Austria. I am happy to reciprocate with the same level of respect and decency. Are you able to get Fufu and Abienkwan there to buy? what of dried, smoked fish? Are there places to hear highlife/hiplife played? Is the community supportive? These are some of the things about which I am curious. I imagine New York City and London are probably the best and easiest places to be Ghanaian expats. What are your thoughts?
Best regards,
