I have lived all over the United States and lived in Germany. I have travelled extensively in Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean as well. It is my desire to end up in either Latin America (Costa Rica, Belize) or the Caribbean. I have been in contact with some in the US Virgin Islands and think that's a good place for me to start, since there are many Americans there as vacationers and ex-pats. I am a Registered Nurse with many years of experience in Home Health and would like to bring this business to the Caribbean, and want to know the "ins and outs" of setting up such a business. I am single and don't have a lot of money or anyone to help me financially, so I wondered how realistic this dream of "escaping the US" is.
