My expat journey

Tel Aviv, Israel

Since Mar 2003

Tel Aviv, Israel

I came with the idea of settling down and creating my own family.
I work in tourism, I organize excursions to Israel. I love my job.
Israel has a very special energy that attracts... What I like most about here is the freedom with which you live without anyone telling you anything...without being afraid of crime in the streets.
The Israelis are in many cases daring, poorly educated but on the other hand they always help. The summer is unbearably hot and housing is very expensive.

I was born here. When I was little I thought I was going to be a graphic designer and that I was going to work in an advertising agency.
Kind and polite people are greatly missed. The natural and beautiful spas.
Living with the shit of crime. The fact that for a secretarial job with a low salary they more or less ask you to be a Harvard graduate. The little logical relationship between salaries and life...which for Uruguay became very expensive.
