About
I'm a massage therapist practicing many holistic healing systems that are part of my own lifestyle. I practice and teach Tai Chi Chuan Yang Style for fitness and wellness as well as many styles of meditation. My Tai Chi teacher was Master Gord Muir who trained under T.T. Liang and has trained with others since then.
I mentored under many health care professionals, my first and still my greatest mentor was Dr Chris Turner ND who saw my natural talents and took me under his wing. Besides Naturopathic Medicine I mentored under a Physiotherapist, two Chiropractors, an Athletic Therapist and an Acupuncturist. I also had associations with Homeopathic and Chinese Doctors that were opened to sharing information with me.
Besides Health and Wellness, I am a musician-percussionist performing live music in Belize. My training was all in Winnipeg Canada where I studied many massage modalities except for Aston Patterning Massage which I went to Boulder Colorado to study.
My drum teachers were mostly African visitors and a few Canadians. My first Conga teacher was from Chili, Rodrigo Munoz and my first African teacher was from Ghana Africa, both still live, teach and perform in Winnipeg.
