About
Hi, I'm Christian, I live in the province of Varese but I'm considering the idea of going to live abroad. I am a motorized hang glider pilot and I am qualifying for a seaplane. When I have this qualification I will buy a small "flying dinghy" and find the right country to practice this passion. The idea is to go to a warm country for at least 8/9 months a year and take small tourist flights (one passenger at a time) to let people discover how beautiful the world of those who fly and have this passion is. It's a long-term project and it won't be easy to find the right place but I'm determined to do it. I believe that the most difficult thing abroad is to have permission to fly, which in Italy is not needed apart from the flying licence, but this "flying dinghy" is like an air motorbike, it is not dangerous, it does not fly at high altitudes, it allows you to fly even a few meters from the water, it is not fast and therefore allows the passenger to enjoy a completely relaxing flight and admire the beauties from the sky. Obviously an association is a must but I don't think it's a problem. I'm considering Madagascar which, in addition to being a tourist place, has a nature that is unique in the world and I love nature. Perhaps it may also be difficult to adapt to a country with so much poverty but the idea is also to be able to do something to help people and even children in difficulty. Now there are many questions so let's get started. Is it difficult to live in Madagascar? Is it difficult to open a business? Will it be possible to obtain permits for what I want to do? Can you get a residence permit for 8/9 months if you have a business?
