Hello, I was born in Africa ex Belgian Congo, I sailed and worked for 33 years all over the world on behalf of the merchant and marine dredging works. Married, I have been a pensioner for 1 year and 3 months. I want to live further south and somewhere warm. I love nature, the sea, photography, cooking, traveling. I do not want to pay exorbitant taxes on what we have saved throughout our lives. I would either like to live in southern Portugal or Guadeloupe. I am a Belgian nomad virus coming from my parents. My wife has been on early retirement since May 1, 2013 but is free to go abroad since her career is complete but she has not yet reached legal pension age.
