Hello everyone!! I currently live in Paris but fell in love, during my last trip, with this magical city...NYC!!! I am registering for the very first time in a forum and I hope that the people who read this brief profile, expats in New York, will be able to give me useful information to prepare for my departure. I am trilingual French/English/Italian and have retrained as a pizza chef for 2 years (1 year in Italy -Cremona- and 1 year for world champion 2012 -innovation category- and France 2012 -quality category-). MY QUESTION is mainly aimed at those who work in this sector in NYC or who have had experience as a waiter/clerk... Do you think it is possible to be able to work quite easily as a pizza maker there, knowing that I will not be able to claim anything better than a 3 month tourist visa (renewable once apparently)? Please I'm counting on you...let me know your experience ;)
