I was born in the DRC (democratic Republic of Congo, at 13 years old, we were repatriated to Rwanda and now I am doing my Masters in Kampala, the life of Kampala is very different from that of Kigali, for me, who has experienced different culture, it was not very difficult, for those who are able to adapt to a moving and boiling city, Kampala will be their favorite city but those who are looking for a calm city Kigali is better placed, from the point of view Security Kigali is the best surpassing all the capitals of East African countries at any place in Rwanda.
