We live in a small village in the interior Basque Country (south west of France) and we plan to emigrate in January 2014 to live in New Caledonia for 1 or more years. We love our region but we want to meet new people and take the time to discover the "rock" by having a professional activity and sending our 3 children to school (10 years old, 9 years old and 8 years old). I hope you can share your respective experiences with us so that we can successfully complete our project.
