"I'm looking for a studio, one-bedroom apartment of 30 square meters maximum or student accommodation" - What are the administrative procedures that I must take when settling in Belgium and how should I do them? - In the health case, is it obligatory to have mutual insurance or is it just a recommendation? - What budget should be planned each month for food, consumption charges for electricity, water, gas, etc.? - Once you find an apartment rental, can you vacate it or change when you find another better apartment? Or should we stay for the duration agreed between the resident and the owner? Are the adjustments to be made in the building the responsibility of those renting the room or apartment/studio or of the owner?
