About Activity

I'm a writer, aikido instructor and conversational english teacher from New Zealand. But my favorite activity is probably teaching aikido classes in English to ex-pats in Budapest! I love reading and writing, discussing politics, philosophy and literature. I love being alive. Doing aikido, yoga and meditation helps me express aesthetic movement, practice empathy and enjoy inner peace. I love living in both worlds, exercising and keeping fit while also enjoying cultural activites.
