I am from New Caledonia and for two years I have been living in Manila with my recent Pinoy husband. We met at sea - on cruise ships where I was a receptionist and he was an assistant bar manager. We have a dream of opening a Filipino restaurant in Noumea but for two years we have been struggling with the French and Filipino administration... finally we are getting there!
