Currently residing in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. I retired at 42, began buying real estate (mostly residential rentals) and found myself busier than ever with a new career. Looking for a new country with good medical care, low cost of living, warm weather and opportunities for adventure. The Philippines recently caught my attention, but other areas, mostly Central and South America, are also on my radar. I have a passion for adventure, boating, fishing, and travel.
