I am a Filipino, got married in 1995, has a son and my former spouse and son live in Florida. At one point in our family life, my ex went to the states to work and later on decided to study there. I gave up my business here and decided to bring my son over there to live with her. I found out who she really is, she had an affair which I saw personally. After that, I still stayed in the states and tried to work the marriage out but she never showed any remorse nor any apology about it. I then came back here in the Philippines (leaving my son with her) to study and change profession so that I can return to the states eventually. Unfortunately for me, the nursing hiring in the states froze thus I am still here.
