Hello, It's been 17 years since I left France, after Polynesia I am in Caledonia and would one day like to spend a year or more in Puerto Rico. I would like to know after how long I have to leave the country (3 months or 6 months) and for how long. Then I would like to take a ticket to make the break in a country not far away to have a cheap flight but I am told that this break cannot be made just anywhere. Please let me know because I'm having a hard time getting real information. see you soon.
