The people are absolutely lovely, the cultural difference catches you, there are two sides, you either love it or you hate it. Cairo is an old and constantly renovated city, exuding artistic touches in its old buildings with worn colors. It is worth spending a couple of years of your life here.
The sexual harassment of some of the men is quite great, they do not touch you nor do they harm you, because people would lynch them, but they constantly bother you with comments and looks, they make it impossible for you to walk calmly.
