I am from Arkansas, usa. my wife and I are looking for a place where we might be able to retire and live on our social security. she is Portuguese, she speaks 5 languages. we are just finishing spending 6 months in north eastern brazil, looking there, next we want to try central America, and possibly Ecuador. we plan to come to central America in march 2014.
