I am Julius Maluku Mutava a Kenyan Male aged 28years of age,im a Chef By profession & was based in SouthAfrica for a period of 2 years working with the Southernsun group of Companies as a professional Chef_i resigned last year after spear heading the opening of Hydepark Gauteng Southernsun,a 5* in its own starndards. I am currently looking for empyment as a Junior Sous Chef or Head Chef of a Lodge,hotel or Restaurant,i have a higher Certified dilpoma in Culinary Arts from the Top Chefs institute here in Nairobi kenya,i have also worked withe Serena Group of companies as a trainee Chef_Mombasa Serena & Nairobi Serena.
