Deborah Hammond, born to Jamaican parents in London, England. Married to an American, we are considering buying a property in Barbados, neutral ground to US, England and Jamaica. From my research it seems to be a good place to settle. But I would like to know more. We have not even visited yet, but plan to do so in 2014 and get a feel of the place.
