I'm Indonesian who currently work at Huntsman Malaysia as Process Development/Design Engineer. I've been with Huntsman for the last 5 years since August 2009. Prior to that I'm working in Singapore from 2002 - Aug 2009 also as Process/Design Engineer with EPC Company. Currently looking for another job as soon as possible.

the 182 days are accumulation days in the one fiscal year, but some companies did a shortcut buy cutting 26% of the salary for the first 6 months. if your total salary below RM 100k per year including bonuses and benefits, then no need to worry ... Read More
