Missing Europe!

Hello From Canada!

Although I love being home ... after more than a decade elsewhere it's refreshing and very grounding.

I miss Italy's food and divine disorder,
Swiss waterside cafe's and the proximity for weekend trips,
The french countryside, driving home in twilight,
Green, I mean really green, hills and farmland in Scotland
And especially the international communities of expats when overseas ..

Greetings to all of you and looking forward to reading your posts!

Hello charmaine,

I have a feeling that if you were in Europe, you would be missing Canada?聽 :/

Am I correct?

Well, I lived in Europe for almost ten years, and didn't miss Canada at all. So I can't say you're correct .. however, after being settled here now, if I moved back to Europe, maybe I would miss Canada the second time around.

I don't know. I'll have to try it in a few years! :)

Yes! That's it I think. I am truly missing the weather .. the ability to stand in the sunshine any day of the year without freezing :)
