I am addicted to sitting for long time in laptop !! I need help

hi guys 25 days ago I started sit in my laptop until 8 hours everyday just watching different videos in youtube about sport and music or anything I find that's聽 because I wait an answer from some universities in US that's made me stop all my activities until I know if I'll go there or not !!聽 I spend my time chatting and some things or sleeping !!
what should I do ??

Hey, I think it's better for you to be with your family give them ur time more and chat with them or help them by doing anything in the house or also u can hang out or doing any sport that u like, idk that's what I do

hey red, there is a wisdom in not knowing what will happen in the future, and that is enough to make life worth to live and enjoy...
while you are waiting for the new to come, you should go back to your normal life and live

You said you believe in Allah's (swt) destiny. Wait and pray for it is yours it will be yours. Its year of technology you can use your CP too for emails reply, you don't have to seat along with your laptop and you don't have to ditch your normal life to wait for something not 100% sure would come true. Prepare yourself for what would be the outcome, Pray the most bro.

You should take part in sports activities.

I am also addicted to internet but I like to chat with different culture people, I want to have friends from all over the world I have a reason for using intnernet.

No, on a serious note, i had heard this before about laptops being used for a long time on your lap.

hhhhhmmmmm , well aabie this question worth searching for an answer.

After extensive googling the "google"聽 , i found that there is one "and only one" reasonable reason to put your laptop on the desk.

It is that your lap is occupied by a hot lap dancer, which is not a bad thing as Jazz mentioned before .
